The CS-400E
Problem I:
Customer has multiple stand-alone CS-400E machines and would like to create, share and automatically backup our machine programs for safekeeping.
Solution:
The CS-400E Server Solution provides our customers the ability to create machine programming off-line and store them on a Windows 2003 Server centralized database for easy machine retrieval. Older 400D and 400C models are not compatible with the new E-Server Solution.
Problem II:
Customer has old CS-400D & C machines with:
· Dedicated CPU obsolete
· 5 ¼ in floppy disk drive obsolete
· Media obsolete
· Parts obsolete
· Limited display
What can he do to protect his programs before the machine goes completely down?

The diagram below shows an example of the new E-Server Solution. The new CS-400E Server Solution provides both Ethernet and RS-232 communication to the Windows 2003 Server.
